Mitä sitten tapahtui?

After the concert pictured in Listeners of Music by Magnus Enckell, the young man walks home along with his lover, the violonist. The setting is placed at night, veiled by silence. I liked the dark color scheme in Enckell's painting, so I tried keeping it.  Though the former one is monochromatic, I decided to go with a triadic painting, trying to keep the blue  and yellow subtle, in order for the red to stand out. The blue hues can be found in the background, in the water and in the sky, in desaturated shades. I tried to stay true to the fashion of the respective era, however, frankly, the violonist's coat belongs more to our times.
